What is the Core Team?
Everyone has a baptismal call to serve. A core member is an adult who is responding to their baptismal call to serve in youth ministry. They are directly involved in teenager's lives working in a ministry to, with, and by young people they serve. They approach the ministry with a servant mentality and are committed and dedicated to the church and the teenagers they serve.

Core members are one of the most vital parts of the LIFETEEN Program. First and foremost, they are role models to our teens. We realize that how you live and act makes the strongest impression for teens. The Core Team is usually made up of Catholic adults who are at least out of high school and generally not parents of teens. The core  member works under the supervision of the youth minister for the purpose of assisting in the mission statement.
